Who we are and what we do
Hello! My name is Summer and I am the proud owner and baker of Simplysunshinebaking. I am a passionate self taught at home baker who loves to bring smiles and joy by creating beautiful homemade baked goods. I grew up in a small town in Ontario now baking for the area of Innisfil and surrounding communities. My baking creativity all started at a very young age baking loaves of bread with my Nanny and haven't stopped since. With my passion for baking and specialty in cakes, I hope to take part in celebrating and supporting our local communities.
I’M A VENDOR
EVERY THURSDAY 1PM - 6PM
STARTING JUNE 2ND - OCTOBER 6TH 2022
LOCATION: INNISFIL YMCA PARKING LOT
I will have fresh baked goods including; mini pies, buttermilk scones, cupcakes, and butter tart squares, just to name a few. I will also have a selection of gluten free treats available.
